I work with teams to improve their communication. Because we often claim that the team works well, but under the surface there’s unresolved tension.
Your team members come to work with good intentions. But high pressure, unrealistic expectations and different personalities can lead to friction between people. These frictions often go ‘underground’ and grow, until conflict is inevitable.
I help the team to have crystal clear conversations about their differences. We discuss the undiscussable, in openness and with clarity.
I help teams to restore healthy communication and bring their focus back to their goals. Because poor communication kills performance. I do this in team facilitation, team workshops and individual coaching sessions. I often facilitate teams for a longer period, helping them to bring clarity in their spoken (conversations) and written (email) communication.
