My company is called Frank Garten BV. I’d like to tell you a bit about the way I deal with your personal data and ensure you privacy of your information is important to me.

Frank Garten BV only collects you first name, your last name and your email address when you subscribe to a newsletter or when you fill in a questionnaire. When you submit your email address, I will put you on the mailinglist of my newsletter. This newsletter will not come more than 10 times per year, and you can unsubscribe at any time.

Your name and email address will stay in my database until you unsubscribe. I will never enclose any of your data to any external party other than Frank Garten BV unless when I’m forced to do so for legal compliance reasons, in which case I will notify you upfront. I do not use cookies or similar technology to track your online behavior. If at any time you’d like to see what information I stored about you (name and email address), let me know through info@frankgarten.nl. I will reply swiftly and share any data I have on you. If you’d wish this data to be altered or removed, this can be done at any time and within 48 hours, by contacting me through info@frankgarten.nl, or calling me at (+31) 6 8161 3773.

Any data I obtain about you through the questionnaires on the website will be processed anonymously: the data will not be linked to your name and/or email address. You will receive the results of the questionnaires by email, upon which immediately all your personalized data will be deleted. All that remains with me is your email address, such that you receive the newsletter. I may contact you by email to give proper follow-up to the questionnaire you filled in and to answer any questions you may have.
